Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospecting for new clients and developing new business leads.
- Selling logistics solutions such as freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation.
- Conducting market research and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities.
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the company's revenue.
- Preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the company's logistics services and capabilities.
- Providing feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Good knowledge and familiar with local and international governmental, customs, airlines and hazardous cargo regulations.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives minimum supervision.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
